Turks & Caicos

I had the good fortune of spending a sun-soaked week and a half on Providenciales, Turks & Caicos at the beginning of March 2003. I've never seen beaches so white or so unpopulated before. The weather was sublime. Staying in rather posh digs at Point Grace (check out their website) all but guaranteed a delightful visit, and the charming company with whom I shared my days and evenings transported me quite easily and quickly into fantasy land. Jogs on the beach, good meals, soaks in the pool and ocean, zipping across the bay in a little Hobie cat, cocktails with funny names and funnier effects, friendly service, first class massage, and relaxing accommodations,...
